Holiday plans?
Anyone know if ANet is planning anything for the upcoming holidays? I haven't logged on in a few weeks so I was wondering if something is already happening or if it's on the way...

Its funny WoW got their holiday update just this week. We're still waiting for A-Net to upload it. Something tells me we're getting it next week!

Funny, for Halloween we got our decoration and stuffs earlier than WoW. It's different now since WoW got it first and we're waiting for it!

I'm only going to ask you one question. Has the rumor mill EVER been right? Ever? (hint: this question is rhetorical)

Anyone else think it would be cool if the different in-game areas had different holidays? Like Ascalons celebrate Christmas, but the Krytans have some sort of Hanukkah or something... ? Just a random thought. But I suppose it wouldn't work, as the vast majority of GW players are more likely than not some denomination of Christianity...

They should make every area snowing. Even if those from Australia or Africa or other places dont get snow in the Christmas season, it is quite a traditional theme. It would be awesome if tehy could put snow in all the instanced areas too, even though that would take a really long time. That way we could throw snowball!
And that santa bag is a good idea. So would be holiday armor, with no AP. Doesnt have to be santa, so it wouldnt have to be worn only at holidays, but some holiday looking stuff .
